Pirirākau Hauora GP clinic is a very low-cost access (VLCA) practice that provides affordable and accessible health care to enrolled and casual patients.

The Clinic team comprises of;
Dr Malcolm Christie, Dr Patrick Crisp, Aroha Practice Nurse, Michelle Primary Care Practice Assistant, Kiley Community Nurse, Tiria Wellness Practitioner, Billie-Jo Clinic Receptionist and Brook the Clinic Team Lead.

Some services we provide are; ACC Consultations, Immunisations, Contraception, Diabetes Testing (Free Annual Checks), Blood Tests (which are taken on site), Blood Pressure Checks, Drug Testing, Minor Surgery (charges apply), Cervical Screening, Cryotherapy, Asthma Care, Drivers Medicals, Free Annual Hauora Tāne Checks etc.

Clinic After Hours

Our phone is answered 24/7 days by a nurse triage service, when the GP clinic is closed. A registered nurse will answer your call and give you free professional health advice. This service operates after hours, weekends and public holidays.
