Community Nurse

The Community Nurse delivers care to assist patients improve their overall wellbeing, by providing safe, effective care within a kaupapa Māori framework.

Our nurse works within their scope of practice and provides patient-centered, culturally appropriate, individual care, by identifying barriers, accessing and finding innovative whānau-centered solutions.
